That's what we are looking for, right? Traction.
Here's the deal. We build this kit to work. On road or off road, it does exactly what it is designed to do... Ride smooth, articulate without binding, and provide the best possible traction for you XJ or MJ in any situation!
Built from high tensile 1/4" thick DOM steel you can hit the trails knowing that you have the toughest suspension system out there. The heat-treated chromoly heim joints at the crossmember side are precision machined for long lasting strength and durability in even the toughest conditions. PTFE (Teflon) inserts are self-lubricating and keep your heim joints worry free! At the axle end, we incorporate high density poly bushings to ward off any road vibrations and harsh ride quality. All of these joints are easily maintained and swapped for new joints when a replacement is necessary.
At the upper axle end we include a press-in Currie Enterprises Johnny Joint with this kit. It utilizes a larger than stock diameter bolt with a grease fitting on the end for easy lubrication and the entire joint can be rebuilt without pressing it out of the axle if the need ever arises. Tight tolerances on this piece ensure a perfect fit and years of flawless service.
All components of this system are fabricated right here in our facility in Cleveland, TN. We take pride in the parts that we build and in the Jeeps that you install these parts on. If you should have any questions about this kit or any other products that we offer, please don't hesitate to ask!
